Daria holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Czech Technical University in Prague, with additional studies at the National University of Singapore. Her early career spanned architecture and interior design studios in Europe, where she worked on hotel interiors, residential projects, countryside estates, and commercial spaces, often managing projects from concept through construction. Later collaborations with North American practices added a U.S. perspective on housing typologies, regulations, and market expectations.

Meet the Founder:

Daria Kulachek

Her shift into Spanish real estate began personally: as she and her husband, who is from Spain, immersed themselves in the local market, they explored different property options across the U.S. and Europe, comparing lifestyles, price points, and long-term value. Through that process, Daria began investing in Spanish real estate herself, gaining first-hand experience with everything from scouting neighborhoods and negotiating deals to planning renovations and working with local teams.

Friends and acquaintances soon started asking her for help with their own property searches and decisions. After guiding several of them through the maze of listings, legal steps, and design choices—often acting as a translator between cultures, expectations, and spreadsheets—she realized there was a clear need for exactly this kind of curated, high-trust support. Inside Job Concierge was born from that insight: a service built by someone who has lived the process, not just advised on it, and who treats every client’s property as carefully as her own.
